i need a quick complaint!

Why people who's about to leave always do nothing but only staring @ their skype for all day long !!!
Every time I turn around finding only a BIG dialogue window on their monitor. (or YAHOO page)
Are they planning to keep like that and countdown to the last second!?
If I didn’t get it misunderstood, they still got paid within this period until their last second!!!
GO WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! shoot!
