younger generation

Our new staff, who has been on board only for about one and a half months, declaired last week to quit at the end of this month.


I could understand her resolution to quit while once she found she's not interested in this work. That's not a bad idea. Life's short. But, for somehow, i am pretty much disagree on her comment saying " I'm not unqualified. it only happens to that i don't like this job as much as i ought to."
How can she be so sure about whether she's qualified or not!?  I mean, she's no more than a social fresher! What she said makes me seriously doubt that she's such an arrogant frog in her own well. And i am so glad and fortunate in her rapid quit. or~ this kind of naive girl would be my staff in the future, and definately be a very tough one to deal with. Not to mention i actually thought she's a little bit dull-witted before she told me she's about to leave.
And one more pathetic truth is , this kind of personality was saw easily on our new generation in common today. It only differs in more or less they pretend to be a good social fresher in the beginning. Thus, it gets harder and harder for me to cope with this attitude and wisdom on colleagues, which is totally miserable!I AM NOT HERE TO BE A MENTAL TUTOR!!! sigh
