i can't understand

i don't understand people who don't discuss before they start their work and nither do they explain why or how they did the fuck after making their work a terrible mess.

though these people are in fact no one else but my colleagues, i still don't know why they can only keep their heads inside their private worlds, so concentrated and focused that hardly can i get their attentions for a second.
